    I love this app. I’ve started practicing daily meditation around 4 months ago, following the introductory course of 60 guided meditations, and it has helped me get through the most difficult time of my life. The guided meditations are well explained, easy and simple - perfect for beginners. And there are plenty of other interesting resources as well. Very useful, I highly recommend it.

    I’ve tried several meditation apps but have yet to find one as good as this. Sam’s voice is calm, even, and un-judgmental. His lessons are always insightful and meaningful. The app is a joy to use and it’s one of the few that I turn to each day. If you’re looking for a great meditation app, please give this one a try.

    The soothing voice of Sam Harris is gonna help you in your daily life. I listen to it before going to sleep and to do short meditations during the day. It is of a great use and enlightening. Once you start listening to it it’s addictive! :) I love this app
