    The app is structured around two kinds of content: namely “practice” end “theory”. The latter is a collection of audio essays on the benefits of meditation, its history, the philosophy and science behind it, and various topics linked to it (free will, the sense of self, etc.). Theory also include podcast-like interview with famous meditators and thinkers related to the science and philosophy of the mind. All these contents are periodically updated and there is always more than you can listen to. Practice includes various guided meditations of different kinds. There are meditations for kids, the headless way meditation, metta meditation, etc. The central piece of the Practice section is the Daily Meditation, which is updated daily and is the same for all users. You can choose between a short 10 minutes daily meditation or a longer (20 minutes) one.

    I love this app. I’ve started practicing daily meditation around 4 months ago, following the introductory course of 60 guided meditations, and it has helped me get through the most difficult time of my life. The guided meditations are well explained, easy and simple - perfect for beginners. And there are plenty of other interesting resources as well. Very useful, I highly recommend it.
